1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the following countries via Packeta / Zásilkovna:

Central & Eastern Europe: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovenia

Western & Northern Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CET or on weekends are processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Methods & Estimated Times

B. Home Delivery

Note: Some remote regions may require additional delivery time.

Shipping fees are applied per order at checkout.
5. Tracking
All orders come with a tracking number, which will be emailed (and/or sent by SMS) once your order is dispatched.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your parcel is delayed or not delivered within 10 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us immediately at info@balmyblend.com.
We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note: per carrier terms, claims for lost shipments must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the shipping date. It’s important to notify us as soon as possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:

Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and contents.

Do not discard the packaging — it may be required for the claim.

Contact us within 2 business days at info@balmyblend.com.
We’ll file a claim with the carrier. Based on the outcome, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
Undelivered or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Not collected from the pick-up point

Failed delivery attempts
we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
7. Pickup Storage Time

Pick-up points: Stored for 7 days (can be extended up to 21 days)

Z-BOX lockers: Stored for 2 days (1-day extension possible)
