30-Day Return Policy
At Balmy Blend, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@balmyblend.com. Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@balmyblend.cz if:

The item is damaged, defective, or

You receive the wrong item
We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following items:

Opened or unsealed food products for health and safety reasons

Gift cards or sale items
This is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e).
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement.
Your EU Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right:

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days

It may take a few days for your bank or card provider to process the refund

60-Day Taste Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love the taste of our products. If, for any reason, you do not enjoy the taste of your purchase, you may request a full refund within 60 days of receiving your order.
To qualify:
You must contact us within 60 days of delivery at info@balmyblend.com with your order number.
The product does not need to be returned.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for your purchase, typically within 7–14 business days.
This guarantee applies only to taste satisfaction. Other reasons for return (damage, shipping issues) are handled under our standard refund policy.
